Lauren manages, leads, and supervises all clinical departments as Director of Clinical Services and Quality Assurance. Lauren delivers the highest standard of therapeutic care for our patients while advising our team of doctors and therapists on best practices.

In addition, Lauren devotes countless hours to creating fresh, cutting-edge clinical initiatives to maximize our capacity to assist our patients. Lauren has been dedicated to assisting people and families affected by the disease of addiction ever since she began her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2013.

From primary therapist to Clinical Director and beyond, Lauren has served in various positions inside medical clinics that treat substance misuse and mental health issues. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Family therapy, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, as well as is a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional. Lauren is incredibly driven and committed to helping her team grow as individuals and as professionals in addition to having a strong passion for serving clients. Lauren is a strong leader who strives to uplift, encourage, and motivate others around her.

Ms. Barry also supports, edits, and guides the direction of the written online content for the We Level Up treatment centers. She evaluates particular online content for appropriate context, correctness, relevance, and authority, as well as for mentioning research and citations.

Personal statement: I believe every client is an expert in their own life, and I want to create a collaborative environment with you to help you work through difficult life transitions. I will walk beside you, providing a non-judgmental, warm, and safe space to explore these moments in life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 trained therapist specializing in treating couples. In addition, I have several years of experience helping couples, families, and individuals navigate issues such as family conflict, self-esteem, mental health concerns, unresolved trauma, and substance use issues.
